We see it in what is done or omitted.
And we know it by observing what is condoned or rejected.
To enable success, behavior must align with beneficial beliefs and principles.
In organizations, leadership development is essential to building a healthy culture and fulfilling the mission. – It is critical to setting goals, meeting goals, growing, and sustaining growth.
Culture is set at the top but spreads from the bottom.
Great organizations pursue a robust strategy, and what they are truly after is synergy. However, neither is found in a Rubik’s Cube, a crystal ball, a framework, or a toolkit.
Synergy is the outcome of aligning an effective people strategy with a compelling business strategy. When this exists, leaders recognize it, employees know it, and customers feel it.
